unless you were total slut like myself who wanted both, plus 98 degrees. each boy band had something different to offer. BSB were the singers. Nsync knew how to dance their ass off. BSB was more of a group whereas Nsync was JC and Justin with back up guys.
@fight4acause Yes, NSYNC was KNOWN for their dancing but BSB could dance just as well and maybe even better. They just chose not to focus on coordinated moves where everyone has to stay exactly on beat or fail.
That was because BSB considered themselves to be more of vocal group like BIIM. I am not saying BSB didn't dance but Nsync did dance more than BSB did. I was a fan both of them to very same extent though BSB possibly bit more because of the shirtless rain scene in QPGWMH video but Nsync's choreography was harder.
@fight4acause I respectfully disagree with BSB being known as the singers and NSync as the dancers. Have you seen Lance dance? While I agree that NSync was basically JC and Justin with backup, their harmonies were AMAZING. If you listen and compare BSB and NSYNC's a capella performances, you would see that NSync were the superior singers. Please look up NSync's Grammy Bee Gees Medley and you will be blown away. They even got a standing ovation from that crowd of jaded musicians! I was so proud!
the key word in what I said is known for... most critics and fans knew everyone could sing in BSB, what voice part they sing but that was not the case for Nsync as only JC and Justin had solos and in most aired performances Justin and JC's voices are heard mostly. How many people other than hardcore fans know that Lance was the Bass for the group. I have seen the Grammy's performance so chill out. Nsync and BSB forever.No one is better than the other in my book.

They are some of the best live performers ever! Most people loved them, whether they wanted to admit it or not. I grew up on soul, R & B, and rap, but took my daughters to San Diego to see them at Qual Com stadium. I was impressed.
I was 9 when this came out. I remember seeing Justin Timberlake's arms so muscular in that vest after taking off his jacket. I swear I confirmed I was gay just then and there in that moment.

I was 9 when this came out. I remember seeing Justin Timberlake's arms so muscular in that vest after taking off his jacket. I swear I confirmed I was gay just then and there in that moment.

@mrsprincesslily i knoow me too!!!! man, when nsync bsb and britney and xtina all when either on hiatus or broke up, the vmas and music and general have been going down hill from 2003-2008 =[ when brit came back with circus, beyonce, lady gaga taylor katy perry and bruno mars emerged and eminem re-emerged music has been really good again but definitely not the same like it was in the early 00s ='[

God this brings back great memories. I was extremely obsessed with NSYNC. Especially Chris Kirkpatrick. I remember the first time i saw them. it was a month after my father passed away, their music cheered me up. i wish they would come back soon. I miss them so much.
