At first i was sceptical about this guy, the way he came across to begin with i thought it wouldn't really apply to me.(I think my Englishness made me biased.)But I watched the series and it has had a massive impact on me, i had to repeat this year at University because I basically collapsed academically and emotionally last year, I was pretty ashamed about that. But i've followed what this guy advises and i understand the reasons behind it,For the first time i started to realise how we learn.
