Btw, I think you would be better served if you didn't directly come out and challenge a colleague's product or juxtapose your own to his. The strengths and weaknesses of your products need not be compared directly or in a confrontational way, either. I'd do it by simple implication. Have your viewers draw out these implications of their own accord.
I learned some new kettle bell exercises as a result of viewing this video. Thanks very much. As a personal trainer, I've gleaned a lot from your work.
lol i thought you were like thirty dude. anyways yes, i got a question if you have time. when i get your emails on yahoo, the videos are longer and better. but how come you don't upload those ones to youtube?
Darin, thanks for this demonstration. One can easily find routines containing discrete exercises but your complexes are better than any I've ever seen elsewhere. Anyone wanting to make the best use of their exercise time would do well to follow your program.
Interested in seeing the beginner's version of that killer routine. And just how heavy were those kettlebells? I am on your mailing list so I will wait for the announcement of the new program, if that is what you are announcing. I think the gurus have met their match. Mr. Steen has "brought it."
You can find some fairly inexepensive ones at stores like Wal-mart. They vary in weight. I've also seen them at Used-sporting goods stores and online. They can help to develop some squat power and benchpress power. I'm not sure to what extent.

That means a lot to me;
My confidence and self image are getting
higher thanks to my clients and guys and gals just like you.
So I will "Bring It" to the guru's, but more importantly, I am going to help open minded people like you realize their best life through fitness.
Be well,
and God Speed,
Darin
