We finally got rid of Rob Ryan( he joined the team in '03, since the Raiders have been terrible). The fact is from 1962-2002: only 7 losing seasons. 2003-2008: 5 straight losing seasons. Only 12 losing seasons out of a 50 year franchise. But i think the Raiders will achieve an 8-8 record next season with Cable :D
