This is good but its compressed as hell. Also you should do something about ur cymbal mics/overheads, they're not picking everything up well. And I can hear that snare bleeding into maybe a floor tom or bass mic.

While you haven't been around, there have been some changes in youtube. They supposedly signed a deal with some record companies that now allow music such as this to be used in videos. The only thing they do is put a popup ad at the bottom telling you where you can buy the song. You should check it out instead of doing the 30 sec trick. Others have been doing it.
