@olivesyo That's what the manual says code 45 is. What it actually means is that the O2 isn't detecting the right o2 levels despite adjustment. It could be a bad o2 sensor, bad MAF, bad wiring, bad ignition parts like plug/wire/cap/rotor/coil, it could be an injector electrical fault, possibly even an intake or vaccum leak.

My volvo did the same thing. Ended up being the crankshaft position senor (same as RPM sensor)

or it could be because the injector is broken because mine did the same thing..but now that ive changed the fuel injector..it runs fine

Bent valves had same problem. Decided just do a full rebuild for hell of it though

SEAFOAM that motha fucka! put 1/3 in the gas tank, 1/3 in the brake booster line, and 1/3 in the crank case.
