Gawwwd! I waited what!? 4 years for this to happen and then, Katherine freakin' Heigl had to leave the show. sooo not fair! lol! Stevens and Karev have been my "couple" on Grey's since day 1 -- the chemistry between KH and JC is so palpable that it's almost impossible not to root for them. I'm holding out hope for at least a "visit" from Izzie or something?! I stopped watching Grey's after episode 12 last season; it's just not the same anymore w/o Izzie, Alex/Izzie, and O'Malley.
