to watch this is touching soo much..i have to go and give kamweretho to my parents...trully if it wasnt for them i wouldnt be living today...they are my second God...thanks for posting
aki this is beautiful i at first wondered what kamweretho means but this is good stuff we need to apreaciate our parents like this i´d wish to do this to my mom.If it means teaching my hubby just to say kamweretho in german accent
this is something very nice and very touching..you said it hubby must learn the word kamweretho.wish to see more videos if you have more please.thanks for posting
makes so much more sense to say thanks to one when they are still alive as opposed to when they are dead n saying what a great person they were! the woman is so touched she is crying! bless
Would you mind uploading the version with the guys singing this song if you know where to find it? i would realy apreciate it (though its my mom who wants it)
oh ma God,im crying just for watching this,my sister brought a kamweretho at home on the 18th of october 2008,i really missed so much coz im abroad,i wish i was there to see the joy on ma mama and shoshs face,my mama is a single parent, brought us up alone,it was hard for her but she gave us hope and told us to follow our
dreams,we are all blessed and we give thanks to God and to my mama.cant wait to go back to Kenya and watch the video.
The video touched me. At times we tend to forget things that our parents did for us. A good thing to see people remembering to give thanks. Be blessed.
My grandma and her sis (ma mums auntie) shed tears of joy at this occassion. It touched me so much to see how much cucu appreciated the gesture from ma mum and her friends. be blessed too, and i hope that u too will one day bless your parents with such an occassion. I wish grandpa was there.....
Very nice. My aunt did the same early last year, for a moment I thought those were the same ladies! My dad gave a speech at the end, those were his last words that I recall. He later past away in a car crash on Naivasha road 3months later!
Thanks for your comment. Sorry about your dads passing. Kamweretho is becoming a really popular thing with middle age women. The occassion was very emotional too. This one was in Molo, a place called Turi, Michatha farm. Thats where my parents live.
Gosh! Too much of a coincidence. My aunt's kamweretho was in Njoro! I have family in Molo, Njoro, Elburgon, Turi to name a few places! I will upload my version when things settle for me. I need a lesson or two in uploading videos. Ngai witu akurathimage na akumenyagirire mahinda me mothe.
beyond words...truly beautiful
