    Just remember not everyone puts on tons of muscle.

  • dude no offense.. I congradulate you for finishing the 90 days but, I still dont see much difference from the front. It doesnt look like you have changed dramaticly as the programs hypes it to be but, all in all as long as YOU are happy with your results.

  • LOL...I took a break after the 90 days and wanted to add video to the pics. I got busy and decided to just put up the pics for now.

  • Yeah /user/CoachJoshS is his channel. His website says he replaced one cardio a week with heavy resistance training, so weights (especially for the chest). And even lowering the reps to 6-8.
