dude no offense.. I congradulate you for finishing the 90 days but, I still dont see much difference from the front. It doesnt look like you have changed dramaticly as the programs hypes it to be but, all in all as long as YOU are happy with your results.

Yeah /user/CoachJoshS is his channel. His website says he replaced one cardio a week with heavy resistance training, so weights (especially for the chest). And even lowering the reps to 6-8.
I didn't notice hardly any change...you look the same too me. Your tan did more work than P90x did.

There may not be a visual difference but i bet he is a hell of a lot stronger.
