Lamar is giving him a bridge!! Why would you want to use bong sao firstly, unless your hands are down?? You are giving your opponent a bridge to hit you, plus you shouldn't be able to see his bong sao. He's good but for me lacks good knowledge of wsl or wing chun in general.

I find that not enough people focus on forward energy, if you find someone who has good forward intent then most flashy stuff doesn't work. You end up being hit first. Find someone who can apply it well and try flashy flower hands on them, you will come unstuck. Simplicity is the key that most people don't believe that is all that's needed to be affective.
