The other Cassie's WERE very strong. I hate that they kept having Laura have breakdowns. I think the one with Bo was fake, and this one made sense since she had lost her baby after a fight with her mother.... but the one that I HATED was the final breakdown/Switzerland story. They should rewrite that one as having been faked or something! It made no sense.
True, Cassie's second breakdown did not make sense. It being used to write Cassie off the show permanently also didn't make sense. It was so tacky of OLTL to dismiss Laura Koffman when she went on maternity leave in 1999. I was never sure what the reason was supposed to be that Cassie went so completely crazy. Because Kevin cheated on her? Ridiculous. It was bad enough when Barbara Graham went psycho over him. But he seemed to quickly forget they existed and moved on to Grace Davidson.
So this is before she found River? This is a good scene. I like the way you show us the cliffhanger then show the scene again for the reprise on the next day.
