You did a great job. You have a mic I see. Do you cook a lot in your spare time? I was watching and thinking he is really working on improving his skills. Keep on cooking. I need to go look at your profile to learn more about you.
You have a great personality for a cooking show like this. Maybe add some cool music at the end. Your style actually makes me hungry also. The fast speed of your actions are interesting and go well with your presentation.
I obviously need to stop watching your programs unless it is almost time for dinner....I'm hungry! Thanks, Matt! Great job and a great recipe! Jack is going to LOVE this one! Sharon T.
I am not sure if you know about the Debbie Myers Green Bags (she has storage containers now as well) but they are AMAZING for storing anything to make it last longer. I have had lettuce last up to over 2 months at a time and still be as perfect as the day I bought it! It works with everything. They absorb and remove the gases that accelerate ripening. (In fridge or out...however you usually store things) Strawberries last MUCH longer!
i made this for a party at my house and everyone LOVED it. its also great because im vegetarian and didnt have to worry about meat:)

Matt, you always do a great job on these, and you remind me of Bobby Flay in termsof your relaxed nature.
