All TOTALITARIAN STATES have 5 things in common.
1.They grant their officials and police immunity from prosecution (Europol & EU officials have immunity).
2.They have their own elite para-military (European Defence Force).
3.They have a "superior" court not independant of the system (European Court of Justice).
4.Are intent on monotoring their "citizens" (Stockholm program).
5.Have an un-elected "executive" that issues "directives" (the commission).
