Do we then die because one wrong note.....please give me a break. I look at the full structure and see what is being delivered. One wrong note will not make me fall of the chair.
Qué lástima que no haya ido casi gente...un concierto para piano increíblemente bueno, para mi. Qué mal que no me enterara del concierto, sí hubiera ido u.u
Crisp attacks, large conceptualization, abundant virtuosity,
straightforward masculine confidence to deliver the message with full out risk taking! Liszt's music is so resilient - sounds as tremendous as he really is - when given such a clean, contemporary performance. Successfully innovative = not easy to do. Bravo.
You can see more Kuzmin's videos if you find this user: islamey66. I've have the opportunity to see to him in some of his concerts given in my country, Colombia.......
I would much rather hear Valentina play this all by herself.

sequence around 4:10 way too fast in the ending, I prefer a very slight rubato toward the end, but yea, too metronomic there....

I think he is great! Love being able to see his hands playing this incredible piece, which is one of my favorites. Great tempo!

Too fast. Where is Liszt? And this guy won the 2nd prize... WHAT FOR??? A very selfish performance.

Please, please! NOT TOTENTANZ, but TODTENTANZ! This Russian plays it very well. It truly sounds like its name: "The Dance of Death."
Prokoporker 4 years ago
Liszt wrote "Totentanz" on the first page of the piece...
