@Muttley57 it might be a problem with your system, kaspersky doesn't slow down my pc and takes only 1 hour to scan my 1 TB hard drive. Have you checked on another pc?

1HR ballader?. Honestly. Running an clocked I7 920 and GTX 295 with EVGA motherboard kaspersky used 3 hours to scan 500 GB with a system lag in general. Also it took 25 sec to boot up, Eset takes 4-5 sec (that is the time of my bootup times their taking).

Also Kaspersky has a lot of FP's such as Uniblue being found as a virus etc and it blocks acess to voddler etc. THough I love KAS/KIS It's sad how they slow MY system down :(

KIS 2010 is one of the best reviewed anti virus software available. I use KIS 2010 and it really is worth to pay for this software. Dont fuck around with illegal acquired keys and shit you'll get blacklisted at the and. It's better to use this software safe. I can't believe how many youtube videos that are available about getting illegal keys and shit. At the end you'll get your computer infested just to get a working illegal copy of KIS/KAV. Just don't do it.

It the one which i wud like to place on first position for antivirus.......i used zonealarm also it is also a good antivirus. BUT! its latest versions slows down the system.....on the other hand Kaspersky 2010......it works good....it make system slow down while it is updating and it sucks when make a comepelet system scan...............this thing really sucks.........
