I've had pain for 4-5 years now where the leg connects to the groin, more so on the top and it feels so deep, anybody have a clue what to do here? I've tried all types of streching and icing etc, I miss running! It's the only thing i've been good at.
@sdtuu Could be any number of things, but as it is so longstanding it is unlikely to be just a groin strain as it would have healed by now. Possibly gilmores groin - which is more of a groin disruption where several structures are damaged. You should relly get it assessed by someone who knows what they are talking about!
@sportsinjuryclinic Thank you very much for your quick reply! I've got on going problems with kidney problems and been told "One thing at a time" However after my op I will be going full force with the groin issue too. Once again thank you! :)
