lol wtf? this isn't even close to the finnish version. dude, i suggest that you make your way to the hospital and ask if they could wash your ears. although this version make me nuts :D
I didn't get that from my own mind!! That what the Finnish were saying on YT! Plus, it's not abouth the lyrics between both versions..it's that the Arabic lyrics SOUND LIKE some Finnish sentences that hs nothing to do with the song! Try to search for this version with Funny Finnish sentences under, I hope you find it, it's funny lol
So yeah, put on glasses and count to 5 before rushing into comments :P
I believe so, most cartoons, especially Disney ones done for the Arabic region were dubbed out in Egypt for distribution in the Arabic region. While not a 100% match for the entire region, it's more akin to having a dialect or accent on the same language.
Hey, could you please tell me who this singer is? His sexy voice makes me shiver ooooohhhh I can´t take it anymore... I´ll love you forever if you tell me ;)
One question/problem on this, wasn't the aired "Ducktails" in the arabic region have a subbed out title card at the end? From tapes someone sent me a while back, I thought I remembered an Arabic spelled "Ducktails" or similar name at the end with Scrooge and the kids, and not the english "Ducktails"? Correct me if I'm wrong here?
Yes, you're right. I had the song without the video and I didn't find the Arabic one so I used the English video...they're 100% the same, except for the title which's in Arabic.
Wait, wait, wait... 'Arabiyyat' means 'cars', right? How come? Does this word have anything to do with the word 'Arab' and 'Arabia' (or whatever is the Arabic equivalent) or is it just a coincidence?
The word 'Arabiyyat' comes from the word 'Araba' which means 'A vehicle'.
Ironically, the same word 'Arabiyyat' means 'Arab women/girls' that comes from the word 'Arabiyyah' which means 'An Arab woman/girl'....but we can differentiate between both of them from the context.
What kind of arabic dialect is this? I know that arabic sounds very different in different parts of the arabic-speaking world. I have heard that a lot of cartoons is dubbed in arabic in Egypt. Is that right?
He has a very good voice and Arabic sounds nice as usual. I love how the singer gets really enthusiastic towards the end. I loved Duckistan! The Arabic script for "Ducktales" looked especially pretty ^^. This is one of the most nostalgic opening songs for me.

@Zephyrrix mmmmmm, not true... the Japanese cartoons are either Syrian or Jordan which spoke classical Arabic without dialect.

this is my favorite version by far. and is there no word for 'lasers' in arabic?
masu485 3 years ago
Great =D
Lasers in Arabis is Leisar, but I think they didn't add it cuz it didn't fit with the other Arabic words in the song.

Well this is Egyptian dialect. All Disney movies are dubbed into the Egyptian dialect.
But the Japanese anime are dubbed into the Classical Arabic which is the offecial Arabic.
And anyway, all the Arabic dialects are close to each other and we understand them all. =D
