  • To the slow comment- fast songs with fast choreography are great for burning calories, but moves like the belly roll are great for toning muscles which will help you burn calories outside of class- great routine btw- keep it up!

  • I like that your video is the first one I've seen that has people of all different fittness levels and they can keep up with you! Isaw a few where nobody could keep up with th instructer so they just kind of stood there

  • I am just now getting into Zumba and I love it. I find myself doing steps in the middle of the day. That is my body telling me I need my class. One day when you haters do something in your life that you think is helping other and you’re (thinking) you are doing, so great I hope you see yourself in the mirror when negative comment hit you back. If you do not like something, keep your immature mind to yourself and move on. I love the 10 year olds comment way more mature then all the haters.

  • aww. im sorry for all the people who are being really rude. i do zumba and i am 10 years old. i love it so much and it doesnt matter if the dance routine is slow or fast. and i thought this was cute. and that it was a great routine for people who cant move very fast. i am not talking about any of them in the video but it can help lots of people. i <3 love zumba!!

  • Wow at some these rude comments. I am in Zumba and we have ladies of all shapes sizes and ages. We also have some slow routines and some fast ones. The ladies in the vid are working out, not training to be professional dancers.

    Please be supportive.

  • Nice routine :) Great to see a video with other shapes than just perfectly fit too! Shows that anyone can do this. Looks like a great warm up Zumba option too. As for the people with the ignorant immature comments. If you don't understand what Zumba is fully about, then research before posting rudeness on here. Yes, there are heavier people the point is they are trying to do what they can obviously by being in the class. I am sure, you have imperfections. These working out are better than you :)

  • @kji224 Warm up routine ? My warm up routine is Waking up at 4:45 in the morning and stretching and going out for a 10.5 mile jog. Then I do 100 pushups Exact. 145 crunches, 35 pull ups and lifting 50 pound dumb bells on each arm 30 times. Talk about a killer warm up workout.

  • @RockyShitNigga Not everybody is in good enough shape to do your workout... Don't knock people for trying to get in shape so that they can do exercise at your level. The negative comments people make about out of shape people trying to get in shape is half the reason a lot of them give up cause they figure if they can't work out like someone like you than why even try?

  • @JoleyLover158 see the comments below Joley. This is supposed to be a slower routine in the mid part of class to encourage interval training, where ones heart rate goes up and down, not at one continuous speed the entire hour. You burn more calories that way. :)

  • @JoleyLover158 Fat chicks need to learn too. Too fast, fat people tend to sweat and tire out more since they have more body weight and eventually leave and turn to Mcdonalds. Too slow and fat people tend to get drowsy and tired and eventually leave and turn to Mcdonalds. Perfection and timing is key to Zumba's or any dancing company's success in order to cash out money from these insecure fat women. Also posting a woman thats in shape is key too, tempt the fatty into getting skinny. Good Job.

  • Wow people are so quick to comment about things they know nothing about. To the 'high school dancer..' there is a difference between a dance routine and Zumba Fitness. Read again, fitness.. Zumba is for EVERYONE, so routines are not choreographed so hard that no one can pick up the moves.

    Kudos to you zumbahilla for pointing out the high/low intervals. We were taught that in basic 1 and glad to see you are staying true to the formula : )

  • @LittleBlondeDisaster It's Zumba, it's meant to be repeated. It's designed for exercise not for an all-star dance routine

  • @LittleBlondeDisaster thaats what zumba is. the steps repeat, its a workout. not really a full out daance. im a dancer too, but i do zumba. it does bore me sometimes though ahaha, with the repeatative steps&&stuff but you know, its a good workoutt.

  • @LittleBlondeDisaster - that's how it works! You are meant toso you can learn the moves AND get a workout! Go and learn to be an Aerobics teacher when you finish High School. You will fail if you don't teach this way.

    WOW you's think a dancer would know what Zumba ,or even dance aerobics.It is a choreogrphed routine for workout purposes.People with no dance experince can't follow hard dance moves.This sort of dance gives tem an opportunity to learn the moves to each song so they can get a better workout.You can burn up to 1000 calories an hour.These people are not on a danve team nor are they trying to be.It's totally different.

  • @LittleBlondeDisaster It's a typical Zumba class, it's not to be a dance routine, it's an aerobic class. There is a difference. All Zumba classes repeat the save movements. Usually about 4-5 different ones over and over. Each song is usually different.

  • With it being a lower intesity I think we might be able to use it in our Zumba Gold class too! Did you choreograph this yourself?

  • @randi1984 Yes, you could probably use this in ZGold! It is also very easy to amp up for a regular Zumba class, if you want it to be a higher intensity.

    I choreo'd all of the videos on my page, unless otherwise specified. :)

  • This must be a warm-up song for your zumba class, when we do it in ours, we HIT IT, jumping, going crazy.

  • @whytemyst and ps- no, this isn't a warm up song for us. This is in the middle of my playlist. Its a lower level intensity song, to bring the heart rate down a bit to encourage interval aerobic workouts- you burn more calories if the heart rate goes up and down rather than going one speed the entire time.

    But I'm glad you hit it hard in your class, its a great song! :)
