  • When I first heard the title for this movie, like most people, I assumed it was intended for kids. But then I saw some [non-spoiler] clips and trailers on youtube, they immediately changed my mind. How To Train Your Dragon is the only movie I've ever been excited to see in theaters, and beyond satisfied by the end of it.

  • @lordofwrath88 i meant 1:11

  • I can only hope DreamWorks doesn't whore out How to Train Your Dragon like they do with all of their other franchises. I know a sequel is coming, and I know a TV show is coming. I hope they can compare to the movie though. That would be amazing! Love this movie!! ;D

  • @lordofwrath88 Dragon Films

On the Boxoffice Mojo web site, one of their comparison pages is dragon movies, and that is all 8 of them that were listed there. I guess they include only movies in which the dragon was a major character. By the way, I get most of my box office figures from that web site.

  • @DragonGyrl96 Four times here. Twice in the theater, twice on DVD. I think I may watch it again today. I may be obsessed.

  • @Semolika

lol I bought the DVD last Saturday and have watched the movie 7 times since then! 3 times in English and 4 times in German. It's actually one of the very few movies where the German sub can keep up with the original, with the Scottish dialect replaced by stereotypical northern German sailor speech - hilarous! :D Plus, the German voice for Hiccup sounds younger and IMO more fitting than the English one, which sounds like someone in their mid-20s... still the best CGI movie ever! :D

  • @saydave123 I've lost track of how many times I've watched it. I watch it once before bed every night lmao. I'm such a helpless fan.

  • @saydave123
