@bittergent123 First off it isn't "shit"... It's an absolute blast (btw, I am a straight man and can not dance). Secondly, it ABSOLUTELY works. My wife has dropped 84 pounds in just under a year doing Zumba 3-5 days a week and with proper diet. She is now a Zumba instructor.
