Harry was killed like in the comic books, Peter and Harry mend their friendship however, the sad thing about it is that they aren't able to be friends again because Harry dies, however they spend his last moments promising to be best friends forever.

Oh yeah, I forgot, he takes it off to speak to Doc Ock at the end of the second one. I didn't mind when his mask was off at the very end of number 3 when Vemon had him trapped on his knees, I just annoyed me when it was ripped for the whole Sandman/Harry fight. It's funny that his suit always stays unmarked and his mask gets torn to shreds. They must be made of different stuff.
