FINALLY! For the past few days, I have been on YT nonstop looking for a video for everyday eye makeup. I'm just starting out with shadows. All the videos I have seen consist of girls putting on extremely dramatic eye makeup that I wouldn't wear. And they expect you to have a ton of expensive brushes and palettes (wtf?). YOUR video is what I have been looking for! Thank you a million times!

@nettie2464 Yup! The color on my lids is just foundation and concealer that is set with powder! Eyelids are thin so I always use my base on my eyelids- it's up to you whether you do or not. If not, feel free to use a cream colored eyeshadow all over the lid! =)

Why do you prefer a cool brown for your eyeliner?

Just curious to know if the cool shade makes a difference :)

@ABeautyAddict Hey! A cool brown has the same effect as black since black is a cool shade. The reason we use black eyeliner is to make the lashes appear fuller and for intended definition. However, a warm shade of brown complements eye colors (all of them: brown, blue, green). So really, it depends on what you're trying to achieve. Does that help a little bit? Let me know if you'd like me to elaborate! =)

@ljmxo Unfortunately, it varies shade by shade for both companies, so I would just look for reviews on what people have found to be successful. Both quads from both companies that I talk about in this video are great! =)

Great video and great tips! Just purchased the EL Doublewear foundation and I LOVE it. I've been experimenting with methods of application for this foundation. What is your favorite method (i.e., brush, sponge, fingers?) If you use a brush, which one? So far, I'm leaning toward a standard flat foundation brush. What do you recommend? @knix43 Beautyblender is the best!! I used to use the PUR Minerals brush, but nothing compares to how flawlessly the beautyblender applies foundation- Double Wear and any other foundation I've recently tried =)

@shopalotmary Omg, yes! It's Smudge Fest 2010 when I apply it on my lower lash line! The black is the worst, but I don't have problems with it traveling on my top lash line. And I love it for the waterline because it's so creamy that it applies really easily. At under $6, I think it's worth it! =)
