my rex was gone forever yesterday, it is all my fault because not taking him to the doctor. i think sneezing is ok for a rabbit, but it is end with death. i am crying..
I cried at about 1:00 minute in and am still in tears... My baby bunny Shadow died yesterday, he was only 2 1/2 months old. He died because an infection. My 3 month year old bunny Bun-Bun is the only one I have left.
very sweet video. it breaks my heart to think that so many people buy bunnies in petshops, from ignorant shopkeepers, and don't bother to do any research on how to properly care for a rabbit. RESEARCH before you adopt a bunny! they're definitely NOT dogs or cats.
@213Marcela excuse me ? i happened to buy my bunny from a very nice petshop, and i did do my research, 6 months of it thank you very much ! she is happily living and is just over a year now, when i got her from the petstore she had her own cage ( big for her size ) and her own food and fresh water. petstores ARE NOT alwyas bad

The 2 ignorant salespeople had absolutely no idea what they were talking about... and all the while a little girl and her dad were buying one and they obviously had no idea about rabbits either. 2 ignorant parties don't make a positive outcome!
@213Marcela oh, haha im sorry, i thought you were just ratting on people who did, which kinda offended me. but i see now. im not offended anymore :) haha i agree with you though. that every one needs to do research. i researched for 6 months and made sure everything was right before i got mine :) the one sales person i talked to happened to have one and she knew what she was talking about, like "dont give them iceburg lettuce" and stuff :)
my rabbit bunbun has passed away 1 year ago.. & bunny has passed away too just this month.
i do not know if i should feel happy for them or should i feel sad for them because they are born splayed leg.. bunbun was only 2 yrs old & bunny was only 3 yrs old...
i hope that they are hopping & binky well at the Rainbow Bridge, making friends with Roger... i miss them so much.. so so much..
@amberlene90 Maybe, no I'm sure there is another bunny waiting for you to find him/her...you cannot replace a lost bunny, but you can honor the ones who've been a part of your life, by giving another bunny the same chance~

@karlsie is your bunny getting milk?? 6 weeks old is TOO early for a rabbit to be separated from his/her mother... they need milk til AT LEAST 8 weeks old.
@FaSHOGEE I was concerned about that, too. But I took her to the vet, who advised me to put her on alfalfa hay with a small amount of timothy, and a small amount of alfalfa pellets. The vet is recommended by local and state rabbit shelters as a reputable bunny vet. Emma's thriving and is very happy. :o) Thank you.
This is lovely! I have two rabbits Rory- a lop and Suki- Dutch/dwarf mix. I have had rabbits as pets on and off since being a young child. They are such smart and sociable animals, and make wonderful pets. So sorry that you lost your lovely Roger.

OMG That is so beautiful It remeinds me so much of why I love my fur babies. I have only lost one 3 yrs ago that I still cry over and we have an ill bunnies now that I cry for everyday taht he will get well, but we will make his life the best we can while he wants to be alive.

Am sorry over your loss , as I lost a precious Malekye in 2008. And miss him so much. Got our big boy Marvin and a year later our sweet girl Elyssa. I posted this vid to my FB wall. Easter is always an anxious time because of the impulse buying of bunnies. So many get dumped outside to ultimately die in terrible ways. People do not realize these are domesticated animals.
