  • Hall-RNH-Eberle==fucking scary

  • Pause at 360

  • @avschase

buddy, yea you're completely right. from 1956 russia has won gold the most on 8 occasions. Yes, they also didn't have a hockey team entered before 1956. BUT as that max guy says, Canadians were not allowed to use NHLers until 1998. Now in the last 4 results Canada has won twice, while russia hasn't even won once. Overall better hockey players in the present and MOST LIKELY the past are the Canadians.

  • Landeskog reminds me of Mats Sundin. Big strong and skilled. Plus if you give him the chance, he can run you over too.

  • @CanadaMMA

I would compare him to Forsberg, has absolutely no rational thoughts of if he lives or dies as long as he wins. Landeskog plays a game tht only exists in his head and he will be a migrane for any coach he has but he will help his team win. On ice he is a brutal force and will make plays, the guys only 18. Alot of youngsters that has a paved future will dive into oblivion, i believe Landeskog will be a force in the leauge for years to come.

  • I hope Edmonton drafts Larrson so Colorado can draft Landeskog or Hopkins to pair with Duchene. Its going to be awesome seeing these two young teams play each other next year.

  • why aren't goalie ever the top draft pick?

  • @MethodlLab cus they are too much of a risk, a lot of skaters u can tell u they are going to be good but with goalies its completely different but marc andre fluery was drafted 1st overall

  • finally some footage on larsson, hope nj snags him or huberdeau at #4

  • my friends name is Ryan Hopkins, and Im like, dude when did u become a famous hockey player... did I mention his middle name is Nugent?

  • edmonton takes nugent-hopkins and has a first line for the first time since smyth-weight-guerin

hall-hopkins-eberle sounds like a deal where do I sign

  • isn't Landeskog number 2??

  • Strome is such a beauty

  • Where is Joel Armia? :D

  • @pronhl YEAH where is he :D i expected him to be on the list :(

  • Some crazy names going on here..

    Go flyers

  • I Watched the nhl combine special on tsn, and larsson seems like such a downer guy to be around. that isnt good for the team. leave him to 7th round

  • 7:26 - Is that a Pokemon reference?

    Also, Landeskog is going 2nd.

  • People think Americans are better than Canadians at everything... yet not one fucking american in the NHL Draft... good job america.

  • @gfsfg111 Your lack of education is making Canada look bad there's atleast 3-4 Americans in the first round..........and who beats us at junior hockey........

  • @afromanftw before the last 2 years Canada won the wj 6 years in a row so...Usa does not beat us at junior hockey

  • @max432156 Present>Past

  • @afromanftw dude USA got only to the finals last year , Canadians were in the finals even if the loss, they are going to win another 5 years in a row, we are on top of the hockey world, that's why we win the olympics

  • @max432156 Russia has been better in the Olympics.

  • @avschase Who won the last olympics dumbass? CANADA ! Who won the most olympic gold medals in hockey? CANADA ! So your satement is just irrelevant...

  • In the last 15 Olympics Russia/Soviet Union has won it 8 times. Canada only twice, America only twice. So yeah...Your statement is the one thats irrelevant. Ever since 1956 when Russia joined the winter games Russia has been dominating. Just stating the facts.

  • @avschase If we talk about the whole century Canada won it 8 times and the Soviet Union won it 7 times, get your facts straight .The only reason Canada was not as good during the cold war at the olympics is because they were not allowed to use NHLers for team Canada while Russia could use its most elite players. This is why we created the Canada cup , to see which country was better at hockey . Canada won the Canada cup 4 times and the Soviet Union only once, the results speak for themselves

  • @avschase By the way, who won the 1972 summit series between the Soviet Union and Canada ? Canada!

Dont be suprised if Canada wins the next olympics easily, last time we played russia we pounded them 7 to 3 so there is nothing you can say that puts Russia on top of Canada.

  • @avschase you dumbass...Russia won all of those gold medals against our college players w/ their very best players...they should have won all of them...but they didn't....those "facts" mean sweet-fuck-all.

  • @afromanftw actually, I think you are wrong... I just checked, and there is 1 american player in all of the draft and he is a golie. other than that, no more americans.

  • @gfsfg111 courturier was born arizona ...

  • @Flyers20Fan shit, missed him.

but most of the people on there... like 90% of the people were canadians and swedes.

  • @gfsfg111 however i did find out hes a canadien citizen, he was born in arizona, moved to milwaulkee and germany where he was raise before he finally moved to canada later and is now a citizen, so ill let it slide...

  • @Flyers20Fan Brett Hull was born in Belleville....

  • @mrvonfukustein ur point ...

  • @Flyers20Fan Hull played for team USA, and Courturier plays for team Canada - turn around is fair play.

  • @mrvonfukustein i am sorry but i am not exactly sure what your saying, yeah Brett Hull played for USA, what does that have to do with anything, and i know courturier plays for canada

  • it is rare to draft a d man and he jumps right into the fold, and not to draft the best player available to me is a mistake, hopkins will be a oiler

  • I agree, the Oilers shouldn't draft Hopkins, they already have future star forwards in Eberle and Hall (maybe even Paajarvi) so if they draft Hopkins, then that's just another franchise forward. If you look at what Chicago did, they drafted Keith 54th overall, Seabrook went in the first round Hjalmarsson was drafted late, and Campbell was a free agent signing. Obviously Kane , Toews, Hossa etc...did help them win the cup, but they also had a really good top 4, and the Oilers need that.

  • I really hope that the senators are going to get a good deal with trading pcisk to land Landeskog, he could step in as a leader when Alfie retiers.

  • maybe trade 19th to move up and take hamilton

  • Colorado should pick Huberdeau because he had the coolest background music playing during his highlights....plus being MVP of both the playoffs and the memorial cup is a plus too

  • i think it would be a mistake to draft a d man first overall

  • oiler will get hopkins they dont need a dman thats going to take 6 or7 years to develope ithink with there 2nd pick take a dman they already have chorney, peckham smid, plante, petry,

  • Edmonton will go with the Defender, watch

  • OH YeAH BIG BOB MACKENZIEEEEE :D

  • I don't understand Brodin being in the top 10. There is many better players than him that will surely go before he does.

  • @DallasH717 Agreed, Jonas Brodin is not impressive in the least bit. I rather take Joe Morrow (ranked 33 by ISS), offensive prowess is harder to find than defensive prowess, especially in defensemen. Jonas Brodin's 165lbs soaking wet who isn't physical and put up 2 assists in 22 games. And he's number 10? C'mon.

  • @DallasH717 when they showed the clips all i saw was him getting trapped behind the net and dump the puck and thats obviously what teams dont want

  • Edmonton should not draft Hopkins, because they have a roster full of young forwards and even though Hopkins in unbelievable, they need to strengthen their D with Adam Larrson.

  • @xafhockey I disagree,The Oilers still have at LEAST another year or two of high very draft picks on the way, there will be other defensemen , a center with the vision and hockey sense of RNH is EXACTLY what they need to compliment Taylor Hall/Jordan Eberle.

  • @xafhockey I agree but I won't see ether players in the nhl next season

  • @xafhockey I agree that Edmonton needs defense, but Edmonton gets to pick 1st, 19th, and 31st, so they could pick RNH and then get some good defensemen later, but as an Oiler fan I'll be happy if they take Hopkins or Larsson.

  • @xafhockey I can see your point, but they also need a #1 center for hall and eberle

  • @xafhockey But then Florida will pick him up. He won't go anywhere with the Panthers.

  • Comment removed

  • @supersaiyan92 He will actually get drafted to colorado. Which still sucks.

  • @xafhockey I tottaly agree with you. plus if hopkins dropped the Avs would take him. Just imagine Duchene and Hopkins on a line.

  • @xafhockey we don't need a young defense men we need Experienced D men not to young not to old.

  • @infowaredm Larsson is experienced alright, not from NHL but been playing against men for the last 2 years and done it great.

  • @infowaredm yes that is true, but the oilers are already rebuilding their team. So why not draft Larrson, and he will be experiencing with Hall, Eberle, etc.

  • @xafhockey Its stupid not to draft the best player available. They can always trade RN-H for a defensman.

  • @xafhockey that is true. they need chara, pronger and stand still gill. hehe

  • @iPaTwiK yeah thats true too. they do need players like them. But getting larsson will benefit them more than taking nugent-hopkins.

  • @xafhockey Hopkins is too good to deny

  • @xafhockey I agree with you. Edmonton should not draft hopkins because the fact that they already have a bunch of offensive players with lots of talent. If they do draft Hopkins (which i think they are) in 3 years or less just imagine how much cap space he is going to take up along with Eberle, Hall, Gagne, Svensson, Hemsky. Thats a lot a players that will take a bunch of cap space so if they draft hopkins there going to have to trade or let go someone down the line.

  • @avschase Dont forget about Omark as well... they are stacked with young offensive talent, better work on the back end now by picking Larsson

  • @DrGR33K Agree man, but honestly I believe they will pick hopkins and even though down the line they will have to lose someone because of cap space in the future. He is an amazing player. Edmonton GM is kinda stupid. They draft all these amazing offensive players, but still end up being near last place for the last 4 years. It just proves they need to work on Defense.

  • @DrGR33K omark is not that good, great skill but not a great overall player

  • @Flyers20Fan Im sure Omark would be a good top 6 prospect on most teams... nonetheless another skill foward was not the way to go IMO

  • @xafhockey exactly.

  • looks like a pretty weak draft to me

  • @inoscopedlincoln Weak? what are you a german that know nothing about this sport?

  • @inoscopedlincoln Weak? Psycho.

  • What are you high? Couturier is good but Nugent-Hopkins is easily number one.

  • Sean Couturier should be # 1

  • @max432156 Your disagreeing with all the professional scouts.

  • @max432156 r u kidding me?

  • @kellyjplante71 do u even watch hockey?

  • @max432156 couturier at 1 come on buddy the question should be do you watch hockey cause i watched taylor hall all year and that kid isnt even close there is a reason why he dropped spots

  • @max432156 please man dont be ridiculous

  • Susprised sean is not ranked higher

  • Lol only Canadian's and Swedes

  • @Sta1lionProductions Cause their the best :)

  • @Sta1lionProductions i know! no russians! no us' weird.

  • @Sta1lionProductions swedes are shit :P 6-1 to finland!!!! take it

  • @RaamAnkka lol you attack a canadian with the 6-1 win :P i doubt he cares

  • @Sta1lionProductions Not suprised, i mean its the two greatest hockey nations on Earth.
