i didn't want another cat after oliver's passing, but i saw a stray black cat at my grandma's house that looked like she hadn't had a meal in days. she had kittens, but she and three of the males ran off. now i have a tuxedo cat named mimi. my point is they'll eventually want more kitties. sometimes it just takes a while.

He had tried to run off and die in the woods alone!!! he was gone for over a day, and we found him laying there almost dead..our kids seen this and he was a mess! the only humain thing to do was put him to sleep!

We were not bout to sit and watch him suffer and starve to death. we got to be right with him while he was being out down. do i really have to fill you in, on if we prayed for him?!! Cats can live a long, full life with this disease, it's usually very slow in its progression. How tragic you didn't know this!!

Maybe so... but dont assume we didnt know anything. You were not there. Therefor you wouldnt know that he was foaming from the mouth and had run off to basically die. We found him not far off. He had been sick for about a week, and the vets said he was near death. His pulse was soo week, he was hardly breething at this point, and his organs were shutting down. We didnt want him to suffer anymore, so we did the best thing for him...

well because i had three kids in the car. my 2 girls and my 6month old baby ... he was throwing up everywhere, and very sick.. he didnt need to be walking around, getting all over the van. and he was more comfortable. let it loose?!!! We were helping him not suffer anymore, by putting him to sleep vs dying off inthe woods alone.

I hate it when cats have to be put to sleep. I remembered when I was six years old, My cat Happy was put to sleep because he had cancer. It also happen to Simba II. Thats is the reason why I can't be a vet, because I can't handle doing the process. I have a strong feeling that all of us will see our beloved cats again in heaven.
