Your videos are so encouraging. Yours was one of the first I watched when I decided to have surgery. Now I'm 3 weeks out and loving the results, but scared of stalling. What did you do to jump start after a stall? How many calories are you eating a day?

I'm so glad I found your channel! I lost 71 pounds as well the first 6 months. I had Gastric Bypass though. I was losing slower than most because I had PCOS. I was at stall for a whole month and a half, I just kept working out even though the scale wasn't moving, infact going up and down 2lbs. I'm 8 months out now and woke up today 7 lbs lighter.... also I hid my scale because I'm a scale addict lol. Anyway you are beautiful...

I remember my hair falling out,.. it sucked but it does get better! On a downer I've put on 9lbs and almost died when I saw the scale! I was 254 when I started then went down to 169.4lbs and have gone up to 178.6lbs so I have to get that off ASAP! It's great to hear you're doing so well and I'm happy for you,.. like yourself it was the best thing I've ever done!!
