I love this series. It's actually kind of like a mishmash of genres put into a blender like a shonen harem, a shoujo magical girl, and a mecha series, but it actually does it pretty well. Is it cheesy? A little, but it's still a lot of fun. I just finished a rewatch of it last week and it's still as enjoyable as ever.

And Tomokazu Seki is excellent as Reiji (was this his first major villain role?)

One of the coolest anime before... very original, action packed and has a lot of fun.

This one is really worth watching unlike the anime's nowadays that is either eichii or plot armors.

The only worth watching anime' so far is one piece... no plot armors, no super ultra hi power hax and has a very original theme.

Season 2 couldve been soooo much better.they mished it down to only 6 episodes.The girl gets shot and she's awake to fight in the next episode...?What's up with that?

uh dude, I think your talking about Gatekeepers 21, in which case it is an OVA which is like bonus material and is suppose to be short. and as for that part about the girl being shot and awakes to fight the next ep, well it's an ova lets just say screw it to common sense and logical thinking and just love watching them fight. lol. but your right it could've been much better

If it's old, classic anime, then yes, it is worth watching. If it is this NEW anime, in which this NEW generation of kids watch, for example, Naruto (A.K.A. Care Bear Ninjas), then no. It is not worth watching... Something you should keep in mind... Trust me... I know. I grew up watching the old Toonami and such...
