  • if luskin hangs up the phone for every illegal action then he shouldn't be allowed within 50 miles of a phone

  • how do u mirror a video?i am not used this kind of things

  • There are dozens of ways out there, many of which are browser and not software-based. A good free mac method is tubetv, you can navigate via the built in browser to the video page.

  • "the fact that I think those are called DCMA letters, shows you how much misinformation there is out there"

  • This is the first time a Mirror video hasn't started to annoy me... It get's better with each watch...!!!

  • What's a bogger? Someone who explores bogs?

  • the things in your nose...

  • That boy has nads the size of Jupiter!

    Thanks for mirroring this!

  • It is illegal to record a conversation without the consent between two or more people of whom you are not a part.

It is however, perfectly legal to record a conversation between yourself and any number of others without their consent.

  • Man, that hat is made of pure magnificence.

Where can I buy one just like that? PM me. I mean it, I need one.

  • Casey Luskin = Lair and a asshole

  • Casey repeatedly said "there's a lot of misinformation out there..." but never once attempted to set the record straight with the "correct" information.

If there were lies being spread about me; that's the first thing I'd do (if I were actually innocent).

  • Plausible deniability.

  • What's a "bogger"? Is it anything like a booger?

  • Qdradon1337

    Qdragon1337

    Mistype in title.

  • Also... it's spelled: BOOGER, not bogger!

  • Bad move, this time seriously. QDragons balls are the size of texas but his move could actually be problematic on actual legal basis. is there any info on where the call was made to and from? like orsbore said, there are some states that permit the prank, but heres the thing. do we know if luskin was in "safe" area? i support every prank done to luskin the asshat, but i advice extreme caution.

  • QD is from Canada. so no problemo

  • phew, so thats one base covered. Hows luskin? its not completely impossible idea for an american to pull a monstrous "fuck you" -move on technically foreign citizen. i guess im just thinking too much, its just that american legal antics are scary :P (im a fan of groklaw <3 )

  • Q is in Canada knew he was recording and isn't using it IN the court of law. Unless they find something else the recording itself is perfectly legal and the usage of said video is fine aswell

  • this kid is awesome. epic pwnage at its best.

  • QDragon and Jaguar Jones ROCK!!!!

  • 38 states and the D.C. permit recording telephone conversations by one party without informing the other parties that they are doing so.

12 states require, under most circumstances, the consent of all parties to a conversation. Those jurisdictions are California, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania and Washington.

  • First You Win the Peter Popoff Challenge, then you Live PWN Casey Luskin, Live PWN a Major PCS, Live PWN. qdragon1337 Heir to Christopher Hitchens. Whoa, Hats Off to Ya.

  • Shame on Qdradon for bringing that kind of pwnage; owning another human being (Casey's humanity obviously is in question) was made illegal over 150 years ago.

As far as recording the phone call, that is a state law issue so it depends what state he is in.

  • This video = Truth.

  • Luskin side stepped his way through the entire phone call, he never answered a direct question, and in the end resorted to blocking out qdragon1337 before ringing off.

I therefore decree that qdragon1337 is the winner of this bout, and the conclusion is that false DMCA's were indeed filed by the Discovery Institute.

  • Luskin FAILS.

  • when is the next "How to pwn a YEC".

  • Ummmmm, it's qdragon with a 'g'.

    :D

  • whats going on? im confused

  • evolutionary biologists should go claim it is legal because of faith

  • EP1C PWN@GE!!!

(and what the hell is a dcma?)

  • digital copyright millennium act

  • I know... that was just to prove a point...

  • He was either saying "DCMA" on purpose to add credibility to his ignorance plea... or he just really is that dumb.

  • But false DMCA's are ok?

  • Care to expain, Matlock?

  • qdradon1337 is from Canada, bound by Canadian Law. The call was made from Canada. In Canada what he did is not illegal so no laws have been broken.

  • Jesus Christ,theanswersofnwo3, you're still on YouTube? What kind of masochist are you? And, no,he is not in violation of the law.

  • Keep posting, you only succeed in proving your own ignorance.

  • LOL, delusional troll is delusional.

  • You do realize that it is not right?

  • how so?

  • Comment removed

  • No it isn't. And the complete phrase you were trying to write was, "...in violation of YouTube's Terms of Service..."

    Also, learn to use commas.

  • awesome, and nice opening

  • Excellent !!!!

    this is pure epicness!!!
