OKay that's just BS, Crip Walk was the origin of todays Crip/Crown/Clown Walk, majority of these cwalk videos are clown walk because of the moves which are made flashier/ faster/ and nicer.

So the thing is, Crip walk is a gang thing wher e people use legs to write out names of others and cross them out, and clown walk is a type of dance nowadays being adpated into hip hop culture, and doesn't spell out anything just for looks, so there's no gang ties at all.
