Yes, Undertaker has beaten Austin. Two of the Deadman's most notable victories over the Rattlesnake are from In Your House: A Cold Day In Hell from 1997 where Undertaker successfully defended the WWE Championship and from Over The Edge 1999 where Undertaker challenged and defeated Stone Cold for the WWF Championship.

Taker did beat Austin in WWF #1 contender match at backlash 2002. Ric flair was the special ref. SCSA's foot was on the rope but Ric flair didn't notice it.
