You downloaded a tethered jailbreak in it

Get redsn0w and your ipsw

And choose it in redsn0w then do the same steps as you are jailbreaking

but when it comes to choose the options untick install cydia and others

And only tick Just boot tethered now

And it should work :)

none of this will work cuz the problem is a cable that is conected to the touch screen inside the device .. thats the problem .. open the ipod and reconnect it to the touch screen so it can work

Ure Home Button or power button is stuck and locked in because that only happens when u hold them for long

I never had the problem but try to kill the battery or plug in the charger and see what happens because that fixes a lot of things the last thing I would do is call up apple and see if they can fix it

Go into iTunes. Plug in your iPod touch. Hit restore on iTunes :)

That happend to me when i jailbrok but my dad pressed the home butin like 15 times and the it went conett to itunes hope this helps

Ya hold down da home and power button till it sez connect to itunes... then,conect to itunes. lol. i have the same problem as we speak. i tried to do,the thing from settings where u can,erase all data and im jailbroken lol so ya do that pretth sure it works or put in dfu mode

I have a ipod that is doing the same thing. I cant fixed same as you.

This is why ipod sucks they freeze they stop working they just suck.

I say all of us that have ipods and have this problem we should call apple and tell them the problem and say that we are switching to Zune. Zune has no problems at all.

try putting it in to dfu mode . turn off .....hold power button for 3 secs ..without releasing it hpush down the home button for another 10 secs ...then wiout realeasing the home button release the power button for 15 secs ...now it should be in dfu mode .(it appears as if ur ipod is not respndidng) then repeat these steps to get out of dfu mode and u may have to restore your ipod but it should work

maybe u should call a local apple store and get them to fix it. U see the same thing happened to my dads iPod Touch and the guys in the apple store fixed it.
