  • thats midnight wine which looks great, a guy at guitar center once told me he never heard of that color which is weird hah

  • The newest '012 mims are pretty awesome, I tried some out, and they play great. The new glossy tinted headstock, and black '70s decal look gorgeous. The ceramic pickups are a bit on the hot side for my taste, but they manage to retain most of the vintage sparkle when played clean. They sound pretty darn good thru a Blues Jr. I want one!(Lake Placid Blue/Rosewood, thanks....;))

  • Thanks for the review

  • I have the same guitar, 2003, wine red with a kind of sparkle underneath it i think, rosewood fretboard with kinman boutique pickups. I love it, bought it recently and it has a great sound. I just wanted to ask anyone out there, what upgrades can i make to a mexican strat regarding anything other than pickups? Thanks!

  • Which are nicer, the squier CV or these?

  • @ravenshield56 i tried the classic vibe two tone and everything is perfect except the neck...which is way too glossy for me. might wanna try it out before tho and save yourself 150 bux

  • @ghost6392 Hey mate, I bought 2!! well, bought one, but the frets where so shabby, got the second one and it was fine :) and I was thinking that, but really I just took some steel wool to the back of the neck and it is satin, great feel!

  • @ravenshield56 these by far.

  • I like you fellows reviews, please keep them coming
