Olivia Newton-John was born in Cambridge, England, Newton-John is the youngest of three children, following brother Hugh, a doctor, and sister Rona, an actress once married to Grease co-star Jeff Conaway. Newton-John's father was an MI.5 officer on the Enigma project at Bletchley Park who took Rudolf Hess into custody during World War II.[5] Newton-John's family emigrated to Melbourne, Australia in 1954
the intro says "where classic disco lives" yet as I recall, This style of music here was about as popular as country with the brothers, and as Disco evolved from funk and soul, Well as far as they were concerned it was all that, and A bag of chips!
Olivia was an angel for a 16 year old boy in mid-70's. Ironically, Elton John was my favorite male singer and I had a crush on a girl in my history class with the last name John. Go figure.
@thinchris MALPARIDO!!!!....I believe you are asking if she died....NO she's alive and well.....B.T.W.; A little eloquetion goes a long way,Ricky Retardo!
@xavierspade666 Callover isn't right. All the early Olivias songs were sung with Cliff Richards band - The Shadows. This deep basso is from John Farrar (RIP) and the another backup voice is Bruce Welch. Btw, this song has one of these rares with europian origin and though mentioned like Elvis Presley signature this isn't true.
Wonderful audio on this. Thank you!
