I'm a former resident of Akron and almost every year, I go hiking in Gorge MetroPark and it is a wonder to see that dam. Reading articles about the EPA wanting to remove this dam, I can only imagine the wave of water that will go racing through the valley and destroying the hiking trails if they blow it up. The two dams before this one is okay to take out, but not this one. SAVE THE TRAILS! PROTECT THE GORGE DAM!!!
