This episode was full of nonsense. Besides this, Batman climbs a building in half a second with a regular (non retractable) rope & hook, he jumped out of a moving train with another guy and brushed it off, kicked off giant robot heads easily and caught 3 falling people in the middle of the air and pushed them out of the way.

@annie10103 According to wikipedia, the batman version of jingle bells dates back to the 1960's. I personally have known the song since i was about 8 years old, which was in 1986. Bart sings it in an episode of the simpsons as well.

Yes, I think perhaps I heard it in the Simpsons episode once. Maybe it came from before 1960? I mean the comics have been around since 1940s, so it could have come from around that time. It's amazing to think people still sing this song after so many years :)

Ledger was great but i never really saw anything funny about his joker. He was too serious. I mean, that's why he's called the joker, he jokes around with peoples lives.
