nope its a devil spirit, you can buy it for 150 silk in the item mall.. 20 minutes reload time and you can cast it for 600 seconds. its doing 20% damgage increase and 10% movespeed. you can also get other devil spirits with other effects, like hp 20% increase, hope i answered your question :D

what i said about the other effects was wrong. they all have the same effects.. only other coulors. when weared but not active: 20% hp and mp increase, when active:

+20% hp and mp,

+20% damage,

+10% movespeed.

thats for 600 seconds ( 10 minutes )

after that you have a reload time of 20 minutes. after you can cast again :)

it cost 150 silk. 150 silk = $15.

when you bought it once and its over after 1 month, u can buy it again for 50 silk.

like a clock for a pick pet :D
