1. End the drug war, and the racist drug legislation
2. End the Fed
3. Phase out the IRS
4. Bring troops home
5. Remove police state legislation, etc.

He makes a half valid statement saying that only Congress can declare war, but we aren't working with a country that flies under a flag and identifies themselves as such. It's not war - it is international policing of individuals and accomplices who have committed crimes internationally.
