@MetaReaLizard Maybe moment being but if politicians keep ignoring the problems with Europe a bigger more diverse and sophisticated UKIP will emerge. More professionals will be attracted to UKIP and more suitable candidates will appear. To be honest though the main candidates of UKIP are from much more diverse backgrounds and employment than the "political class" cabinet we have in place now. So I don't think they would be all that terrible.

@ChristopherAdderley Thats not true. Our trade with the Eurozone makes up 40 percent of our general trade. And it has fallen since the introduction of the Euro from 46 to 40 percent. The German economy doesn't rely on Greece or Spain! LOL!

If all exports had grown.. then relatively yes Eurozone exports would have been reduced AS A PERCENTAGE if they grew at a SLOWER RATE. What you do not realise - My original comment referred to the EURO and hinted at an undervaluation of German currency - THE EURO as a result of being tied to Greece etc. So EXPORTS made by Germany to OUTSIDE THE EURO would be expected to rise under a relatively depressed currency situation. So you reinforced by original point without realising it !

@ChristopherAdderley Of course German goods are cheaper in the Eurozone because of the Euro. But thats not the reason why the German economy is doing so well. The world doesn't buy our stuff cause its cheap. They buy it because its good. A BMW was before the Euro more expensive than a Fiat, it is with the Euro more expensive than a Fiat. And after the Euro it still will be more expensive. And don't forget all the capital that has gone from Germany because of the Euro. W. Sinn says its 1 Trillion

I drive a German car because your country makes bloody good products FOR THE PRICE. It is a PRODUCTIVE economy as I stated earlier. The chap on the left is correct - the Germans ARE better at economics than the UK and have been for a very long time and are therefore the best candidates to find a solution. He didn't want to talk about WHY Germany are better than the UK at job creation so he twisted it to Italy and Greece. I don't deny the EU has many problems but no one asks this guy what about the British workers who live and work in the EU and what will happen to them in his isolationist paradise.
