It's actually called Vegas and Sony created it.

I don't know how much it costs now but I think it's something at 300$.

You get a 30 day trial and of course, you can get it for free if you know the right ways.

You can create 5.1 surround sound with Vegas too to get better audio and well, control which way the audio should come from.

If you're creating a action clip, you can make so let's say the "gun" sounds come behind you.

That's pretty cool.
