Miley's second appearance at the Macy's Parade. She had appeared 2 years earlier as Hannah Montana singing Best of Both Worlds. Personally, I prefer Van Halen's version myself (ha-ha).

They lip synch-not because its cold, but because they are singing to millions of people along the road, and to the millions watching on TV and its even hard to hear them sometimes in concerts, so they want the song to be loud and clear.
