what an unfair fight, a 2D fighter (boxing) wearing what look to be 16oz gloves to protect his opponent while not only does the asian have bare knuckes for the first 5 minutes he is allowed to use any strike in his artillery. any fighter who trains in an effective martial art would have ended the fight almost instantly.

For all of you arguing about which name is correct, Yip Man or Ip Man, it's just preference and either way is correct. However in China, whether Mandarin, Cantonese or anything else, not only is the spelling probably different but the pronunciation is completely different.

The difference is that Chinese does not have a system of "spelling" as there is no letters in the Chinese writen language. There are only symbols that reprisent a concept, the writing in Canto and Madarin are the same, but the way the people say it is different. The problem with people arguing over the spelling of a Chinese word is that there is no right way to SPELL in Chinese. Roman characters for Chinese was created so non Chinese could learn to speak Chinese easier.
