I have 2 favorites: shea butter and cocoa butter. You can use both on your face and body. They are better than lotions/creams and natural. I have a travel size cocoa butter in my bag. @zcab2177 Sorry it took me so long to get back to your comment, it has been a crazy week! I use it as an exfoliating treatment. I would suggest going to the beautypedia website and looking it up. Paula does a fantastic job explaining what it does, better then I can do in the few amount of characters youtube allows me to reply to your comment!

I would NEVER have picked the neutrogena acne treatment before, but I tried it after watching this video and it works!! I ordered Paula's book online and I'm soooo exited to read it and learn more about my skin. You are so right - many products claim to be for dry/sensitive skin, but they just make it worse!

Thank you so much for recommending the Paula Begoun books. I have dry skin as well, and I'd just about given up on finding a way to deal with it. I just came back from the library, and both of those books were beyond fantastic in giving me clear, solid information on skin care (especially dry skin care). I'm so impressed by them that I will be purchasing them.

@ChasseNicole I do put it all over my face but then I use a wash cloth to remove it along w/ my makeup. If I have an exema (sp?) spot I will put it over that and leave it there.

No, if you wash it off the active ingredients will not work. You leave it on.

Thank you! I bought it today at target hoping it would make my dry skin smoother because before that I tried clean and clear advantage kit and it dried my skin. Not only that I tried a neutrogena stress control power wash and made it much worst, but even worst I have school the next day so I tried this and it worked! It's smooth and less redness on my face! Thanks so much for doing this video. I've been researching face care products lately and purchased some products from paula's choice a few days ago. I am excited to try them. My skin is not acne prone but is very susceptible to irritation, redness, bumps and dryness.

I tried clean and clear a long time ago when i was a teen and broke out in a rash.
