I think you haven't watched video properly. This video is infact for beginner. I am not really beginner into baking. Have done lot of baking and still do almost more than twice a week. It's just that haven't got time to upload those baking videos since I wanted to start from very basic. And I still try to learn a lot about baking. For begginer, I would like to show them with very inexpensive way, since cake decorating end up with lot of expensive stuff. So that's the another reason...

I went to your eggless baking section and found out some great info which I could never think of...Can you please show some more recipe with egg replacement such as you have tofu, and other egg replacements...
