  • hi its great explannation . Is your book is published ? If so please can you tell me from where i can get that

  • GREAT EXPLAINATION. I AM A FNP. Can I get a copy of this chart?

  • somebody pls tell me which is this book is it MT2 OR MTB3

  • you don't always have to do surgery...

  • This sounded reasonable, I listened, I got worse. The Endo also wanted me to irradiate my Thyroid to measure it's function. First, does that sound reasonable to anyone? Not doing it! So then I sought an Osteopathic Doctor on a referral and guess what he said, GET BACK on the Iodine. After two weeks, the majority of my body tremors have stopped, I've gained back ~10 pounds, and I feel WAY better.

SUMMARY: get a second opinion and stay away from those who want to drug, or cut, or zap your body!

  • Notice how the very FIRST approach by Western medicine is pharmaceuticals, radiation, and/or surgery. WTF? Western medicine is so barbaric. My FT4 was 8.8, my TSH .007, I lost 40 lbs in about 4 months, so I sought the advise of an Ayurvedic doctor who suggested some herbs, a special tea, and Iodine. I started feeling a little better. Then I saw an Endocrinologist who told me to GET AWAY from the Iodine because it's the substrate that the Thyroid uses to produce Thyroid hormone....continued

  • wonderful! great job!

  • You can get them when the book comes out this spring..not available anywhere else

  • How/where can I get copies of all these algorhythms?

  • T3 Result 2.5 Normal range 0.8~2.0 units ng/ml T4 Result 155 Normal range 50~142 units ug/dl TSH Result 0.2 Normal range 0.4~10.0 units Ulu/ml Now i am on treatment of propylthiouracil 50 mg(3 times a day) for 2 months Do i need surgery?
  • @lukinginparadise YOU DEFINITELY HAVE THYROTOXICOSIS .... SO AFTER 2 MONTHS OF PTU... use u will need surgery....

  • @drhims But after 2 months of PTU my T3,T4 and TSH are all normal... why should i need surgery when reports are normal now

  • @lukinginparadise it depends on many thing.... age being one.... but sorry for saying surgery....

actually radioiodine treatment is very easy and convenient.... it is just like a medicine... but will need to take itonly once.

however with radio Iodine there is chance that u will become hypothyroid....

PTU has side effect of liver toxicity and blood toxicity( agranulocytopenia) so in US radioiodine is first choice.....

in Europe and asia PTU is still first choice....
