kre-alkalyn definitely works. And it regards to the half capsule comment the pill itself is a purple pill that is translucent and see through. So before you take it look at the pill before you take it you should be fine.The liquid has a real shitty taste. Take the pill and keep it moving, you wont have to choke it down or gag at the taste.

Kre-Alkalyn is good. I been taking for about 3weeks but had changed my workout routine as well a clean diet mulit-vitamin and some whey. My bench went up 15lbs as well as my squat 20lbs in lil over a month. Size hasn't changed much just strength. So was it Kre or hard work....I seem to think it was kre.

i just got it & the bottle only says 1-2 in the morning & 1-2 before workout. says nothing about pst workout so do you have to take any after workout ? because it doesnt say

there hasn't been one legitimate study done by an independant lab not sponsored by a company that markets kre alkalyn that suggests that kre alkalyn is any good. think about it people, baking soda and a small amount of creatine monohydrate is supposed to give u results?? if that is true, i have a bridge in brooklyn for sale

The truth is that Kre-Alkalyn people (i forget who the manufacturers are) aren't onto anything side from really good marketing. Studies don't support what is claimed by the manufacturers.

They sell this with good "science" trying to impress people that dont know better. You know how they lower the ph level of the creatine in a vain attempt to make their product sound so good? They use sodium bicarbonate. You know what that is? Baking soda. Congrats you just got overcharged for creatine and baking soda. Creatine monohydrate does not turn into creatinine until your body actually processes the creatine, thereby getting rid of the creatinine as waste. krea alkalyn is bullshit

I wouldn't go as far as saying that they only use backing soda, as the manufactures patent shows it contains several other ingredients, however it most definitely doesn't seem to be what they claim it is.

Scientific backing is need to support the manufacturers claims, from and independent source.

actually its pretty legit. you make it sound really simple. Kre-Alkalyn has a patent in the US Patent Office... search for patents and check it out, its patent number is 6,399,661
