'Tigger', tried to prevent this by moving around so that the, 'child;s', reach was prevented. The fact that, by doing so, the character inadvertently brushed the face of the, 'child', cannot be considered as assault, any more than someone who accidentally knocks over someone's drink, for example.

oh yea, I remember this from a couple of years ago. Nice attempt at a lawsuit against Disney, which the judge saw right through. The guy in the costume got his job back since he was just defending himself, and the little pussy and his money hungry family went back to New Hampshire with their tails between their legs. Loved it, its about damn time someone got caught.
