Ocarina of Time's puzzles made less sense than this game's. I had to beat OoT with a walkthrough, (and it's a miracle I was able to even with that) but I (eventually) beat Majora's Mask without help.

Most of the time it was clear enough as to what you were supposed to do but if you were inexperienced then balancing all that with the time limit was FUCKING HARD. Ocarina of Time, in comparison, was just plain convoluted with certain puzzles.

Is it me? or does the 1000 eyes boss reminds me of many other bosses in diffrent other LOZ games? and it also reminds me of SNES Demon's crest 1000 eyes boss too? I think that the whole One big Eye with smaller followers thing is a common boss idea, like the Head with floating hands (Andross, Deathamoor, Tiki Tong, Wham bam rock, Godahan [whatever from WW] etc) also, love this game!!!

@stalliontrainer ill give you music and masks.musics like graphics, they dont make great games just because their better sound or graphics. masks, i dont see the point. its gameplay pales in comparison to OoT, because it was cryptic and complicated but, not annoying. majoras mask was great, but it was annoying. theres only 4 bosses, so if sidequests arent your thing, then you only have 7 heart containers, the gameplay and time mechanic were awful. this will contiue in another comment.

The correct debate would be LTTP or MM. The two are so different it's hard to compare. LTTP is definitely the best 2D zelda game ever made, and MM is the best 3D zelda game ever made. Period.
