I read through all of the comments and found myself being the only one, who thinks this musicvideo is really, really sad! The music is great, but ... I think many people misses the point; this isn't just a video with slow-mo sex and beautiful music ... it's also about people who have already gone through the incredible feeling of a new relationship and commitment ... and now have difficulties finding that spark again. I didn't see 6-7 couples having sex, I saw 1 couple having problems.

Whatchyu talkin bout @LutherWallander ? Did you LISTEN the the whole thing? The original is great, I agree, but this one is its own style, oh, and im pretty sure when a cover is done, the original song writers/owners of the song (in this case, Dave Grohl) have to give approval otherwise he can sue. So im pretty sure hes heard this AND has approved it.

@ostritchman101 From what I know, any song that is copyrighted by its originals owners, be they the writers/composers or in most pop music cases the record company, they have to sign off/give approval for a cover to go ahead esp if the people covering the song is going to profit from releasing it. The original owners generally get a percentage share of profits, which I think is negotiable or maybe each country has a standard rate, not that learned on that and these are called royalties.

@everyonelovesdee You don't need permission to cover a song but you do have to pay royalties. You only need permission if you change the lyrics or sample part of the song like rap songs.

I truly hope Dave Grohl doesn't get to hear this. This is a real disgrace for the Foo Fighters. Why the hell making a cover of such an energetic song by a choir ??? You can make as much covers as you want, as long as you don't touch the essence of that song, which is, in this case, a lot of energy and kick ass. So this cover is pretty screwed up...

@RelinquishLove technically speaking it is above average. I mean look at every image in this video, they express a specific feeling that the director envisions when he listens to the song. I actually prefer videos like this, in comparison to contrived mashups of various images that go along with the song's melody, rhythm or beat.
