Tofu = Bird poop, moldy swiss cheese, fish bones, and fingernail clippings all grinded into a paste and left to e breathed on by a constipated giraffe until it dries.

That is how i think tofu is made judgeing by how it tastes.

@hunterziegelmann Most Americans think this. And I, as an Asian, do as well because of how it's prepared here. Asians don't grill Tofu. The firmer it is, the more difficult to flavor. But prepared well, and correctly, it is very savory. Again, I agree with you due to how it is made by many Americans.

@zstreet1 Gravity. Put a towel (like a cheesecloth or a few paper towels) on either side of a piece of tofu, then put something heavy, like a pot, on top of it. Then walk away for 15 or 20 minutes. Boom, pressed tofu.
