I won't really say it's beautiful. It's looks like a concrete jungle to me. It'd be a nicer place if they put more people in (not cars). There are many more beautiful places in Malaysia. BTW the choice of music is great.
Years ago it was an oil palm plantation (and you can still see some of the oil palm trees). But now the government turned it into the administrative capital. The city is still under construction though
They should really build a shopping mall along the Boulevard,so it won't look empty on the street.
